The solution:
Go to Admin-Backend --> Componentes->jPFChat->Advandeced

Server Script URL should be /index.php?option=com_jpfchat
instead of http://url.com/index.php?option=com_jpfchat
!!!!

Hi, same problem here as well. Tried all of the above solutions but still the loading screen.

This problem has been fully addressed in the latest jpfchat v2.x releases, which has been rewritten to use mootools instead of prototype as its base javascript library. jpfchat will still have issues if any OTHER javascript library is also being loaded, like jquery or scriptaculous for instance. The BIGGEST issue we see for jpfchat not loading, is another javascript library trouncing on javascript needed for the chat.
