start a new privatemsg with a user not in chatroom

Hello,

I woud like to know if there is a way to do the following in drupal.

- have a link next to the profile of online users that would send an invitation to start a private chat.
- this should open a popup message with the invitation or the first words of the message sent
- the other user is online but not necessary in a chat room yet.
- the second user may reffuse the chat and close the popup or join the conversation in a new window

If you think it is possible, could you please indicate how to proceed...
