JPFChat with Joomla 1.5.9 - Multiple posting problem

Am having a problem with multiple postings by users with a JPFChat install on our joomla site. Sometimes it will post 2,3, 4 or more times the same post and it seems to be random. I've tested multiple templates, so its not a template moo tools error, and it is doing it with both JPFChat and the older UTChat software that integrates php free chat with joomla.

I'm reviewing any other mambots that are on the site to see if anything else may be using mootools, but it doesn't seem to be the problem.

This problem didn't happen on the joomla 1.0.15 version of the site with UT Chat installed, its only been happening on the joomla 1.5.9 version of the site, so I'm wondering if anyone else has JPFChat running just fine with no errors as far as multiple, 'echoing' posts?
