Website update

The facts: phpfreechat lacks in documentation and contributors are ready to help to improve the documentation. So we need a easy and collaborative tool to edit the doc. This is why a wiki has been installed on the website.
The wiki authentication is directly connected to our punbb forum, so to edit the wiki pages you only need a forum account.

Everybody is welcomed to contribute!

I just started translating parts of the documentation into german (see http://www.phpfreechat.net/de/quickstart), but this version is not shown on the top navigation (Translations of this page:). Does anybody know why? Have I missed something?

I added the "de" language in the config files.
Now it works.

I also added the menu page : http://www.phpfreechat.net/de/menu
You are welcomed to translate it.
