Forum \"spring\" cleaning

I've gone through the forums and removed ones that no longer receive support or that haven't had much interest. Hopefully this will make it easier for new users to find the appropriate forum.

I've modified the new how-to forum folks, you will not be able to create a new topic in it, but you can reply to existing topics. To get a topic added, post it in general support, and provide a link to it on the how-to index, I will check it, add it to the list, and move it.

Also, please make sure to use [code ] and [/code ] (without the spaces) around any code, for organizational sake.
