Thank you for this great contribution!

However I have some questions about this translation, you wrote zh_TW and you said this is "Traditional Chinese".
When I look at the locales list, I don't understand all these kind of chinese :
zh_CN Chinese locale for Peoples Republic of China
zh_HK Chinese language locale for Hong Kong
zh_SG Chinese language locale for Singapore
zh_TW Chinese locale for Taiwan R.O.C.

Currently in phpfreechat, we have zh_CN, but now with your translation we have zh_TW and I don't understand why you call it traditional Chinese

Could you explain ?

"Simplified Chinese characters are the Chinese characters officially simplified by the government of the People's Republic of China in an attempt to promote literacy. This character set is used for most Chinese-language printing in Mainland China and Singapore whereas traditional characters are used in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas Chinese communities. Simplified characters are gradually gaining popularity among many overseas Chinese communities as more mainland Chinese are emigrating from their homeland."

Traditional Chinese has over 5,000 years of history and Simplified Chinese only has about 57 years. Traditional Chinese is derived from Chinese culture and Simplified Chinese is revised from Traditional Chinese for easier learning.

I love Traditional Chinese.
