CHAT isn't previewing.

Hi PHPFreeChat Forum members,

I really hope you will help me with my problem: So I have followed [url="http://www.phpfreechat.net/documentation/quickstart.html"]this[/url] tutorial to install PHPFreeChat;
I'm using XAMPP 1.8.1 for Windows 7;

So problem is that, chat isn't showing. And I can't imagine why I have this problem ,so I hope you will help me.
