Admin, Usernames, Login Required

A few questions I am really new to this and I have managed to get the chat up on my page http://sensualecstasyxrated.com/chat but there are a few things I would like to make this chat do.

1. Make it so I am the only one who can be admin instead of 1st login.
2. Pull usernames from wordpress so they do not need to enter one.
3. Make it so people can not chat unless they are logged into my word press site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Like I said before I am new so the more details you can give on how to fix any of these issues the better
