Create chat rooms on the go

Hi, I used to use phpfreeChat 1.X version to provide free chat rooms to users that they could embed on their site. Users used to visit my site register, fill in the chat details, like chat name, chat admin username and password and other configurations and then click on the create button. A php script used to take those details and write the config file for the chat and redirect the users to another page with the link to the chat room as well as a embed code that they could put up in their site.

Basically my site used to provide free hosting for their chat rooms. I was wondering if the same can be done for version 2.X, the major problem that i see is that in here one would need to copy the entire server directory for each and every new chat room created. Is there any other way to get this done? Or should I just stick to Version 1.X

I see that you guys are going to provide chat rooms hosted in your servers too, could you let me know how you will handle the chat room creation requests, I am hoping you guys will come up with some script that handles the request and creates a new chat rooms for the users rather than doing it manually.

Have done everything and still have not gotten into chat mode what happens next ?
