User doesn't logout

Hi,
I've problems with user logout. I integrated the chat with a custom auth provider (userCake), and it works fine.
But, when I logout from usercake; the user still remains logged in the chat.
How can I force logout?

I also tried to close the page and wait for auto-logout (after 35seconds), but even this doesn't work; I have to manually clear cookies to successfully logout... How come?
