install guide phpfreechat 2.1.0

i have downloaded the phpfreechat 2.1.0 and unziped it to my wamp server ,
while running it at localhost i dont get any output a blank screen comes
earlier there was error of pear and slim file inclusion but i installed it manually

ream me suggest to some text in head and body but dont know in which file this code will be placed
help me to install
