Problem with accent in chat room name

I discover a problem after some hours of search.
On one of my website, history of messages are not shown when we arrive in the room.

I have same configuration in 3 websites, on 3 different servers.
After a lot of search, I discover that chat room name with accent is the problem.

So, with a room name "chat général", it can be a problem.
Note that it's a problem on only one server ! The 2 others accepts accents in room name.

Something in the configuration of server is probably different and causes this bug.

I just post it to help every one with the same problem.
