Installation problem

I unpack program and next I change rights for two directories (according to instruction): data/public and data/private.
In directory private are created two directories: cache and chat. The owner of both is nobody and their rights is rxwr-xr-x
I open page with phpFreeChat and i have error:

Please correct these errors:

* /export/home0/porzucek/www/phpfreechat-1.0-beta6/src/../data/private/chat/s_b16404ca9cc405a79210196096389e12 can't be created
* /export/home0/porzucek/www/phpfreechat-1.0-beta6/src/../data/private/chat/s_b16404ca9cc405a79210196096389e12 is not writeable
* /export/home0/porzucek/www/phpfreechat-1.0-beta6/src/../data/private/chat/s_b16404ca9cc405a79210196096389e12 is not readable

What is a problem??

What is your webserver user ? is it nobody ? (I guest not ...)
So it could explain why your webserver can't create directories in data/private/chat/

I know that nobody is Apache user
Why the installation program couldn't create directories and files in data/private/chat directory, which one rights are rwxr-xr--x and user and group is nobody:

/export/home0/porzucek/www/phpfreechat-1.0-beta7/src/../data/private/chat/s_ff1f48835d5fb85a6ee0a9cdc6ca0bee can't be created

when I change directory rights for chat to rwxrwxrwx I have the same error

I can't create any file or directory in directory private as the user nobody!!
I think that probelm is in Apache or PHP configuration, but where ??
