Pls prevent others from taking admin nick...

Can anybody help me about how to prevent guests take admin user name, i have identified admin name and password, i can successfully identify and get admin rights, but when somebody enters before me and gets my nick (it is possible) i cannot enter with my nick... What might be the reason or is it a lack?
