Install not working

Hello And thank you for the improvements. My only question is why does the install feature not work in this beta version? 1.0Beta-5 and all earlier versions of the install worked great. Any suggestions?
I am running on a windows server with 4.x myssql. Any suggestions would be most appretiated

There is no error when I try to run the install it opens the how to page. When I open the index it runs fine. In the admin (have to open from server index) I run the check md5 most files are corupt. Let me work on this and I will report back in a minute and see if that has anything to do with it

Ok now I see the quick install is not functional on this version. As for the check md5 most files were corrupt, I tried replacing them but no luck, they appear to remain corrupt. Why is that.
