mysql options

I built a simple PHP site and have only an index.php. I made the freechat work but
This i what i want:

Usernames from mysql
no guests alowed
Admin login from mysql

A tutorial how to do this or a working php script whould be nice
I can't code so i ask you.

I made an account but when i sign into pfcfreechat i get REdirected into my xampp "installation done" page <.<

EDIT: Notice: Undefined variable: databaseTable in C:xampphtdocschatsettings.php on line 21
