problems with chmod

Chat isn't loading, and this is the error:

Apache user (apache) is different from the shell user.

I noticed that the file pfcglobalconfig.class.php is trying to copy the default themes dir because it checks that is not set the parameter theme_default_url.

I tried to set it before invoking the chat:

but it didn't solve the problem.

Any help?
