browser support cookie not defined

Hello

i integrate phpchat on my website. its working fine on local machine but when we upload it on server it shows us "browserSupportCookie not defined" error. So that chat is not loading.

Please help to resolve this issue

Hi,

Make sure the Javascript files are being loaded, go in the source page and click on the Javascript link files and make sure you don't get a "404 not found".

If that is the case the look at this parameter "data_public_path" in this page http://www.phpfreechat.net/parameters#data_public_path
