I frequently get the error: 'Chosen nickname is not allowed' if I Logout of the chat room and try to enter it again. If I type /quit, then click 'Logout' I don't have the error message. Is there a way to automatically invoke the /quit command when users click 'Logout'?
For reference I'm using:

Pfc Chat Login System

I've also enabled 'noflood' in the skip_proxies parameter

I am having this same issue. Even though I have logged out my name is still in the chat. I have to wait until it times out. I am also using the login system.

Hi,

Pfc chat login system has a logout button, this kind of errors occurs when you didn't log out properly from the chat, the chat will see you connected for up to 20 seconds when no response from you then you get disconnected by timeout proxy and your nick its freed up ...

hope this clear up this issue. regards.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

This was happening last night even when I used to logout button. It doesn't seem to be happening today, though. Maybe some kind of lag issue.

One quick question, is there a way to see all registered users?
