Chat Loading Error...Please help.

Hi everyone and nice to meet you all.

I've just installed this chat on my wordpress site, created a page for it and copied the code over.

When i visit the site i just see a page saying Chat Loading..... Please Wait. It stays like this forever and doesn't finish loading at all.

I was wondering if anyone could kindly share some light or offer some advice/tips on how to solve this please?

Unfortunately we don't support plugin script based on phpfreechat, the best thing to do is going with plugin creator for "WORDPRESS"..

Hi,

you seem to have an issue with the public files, none of them can be found, I get a 404 not found when trying to load them directly...

Is this Microsoft ISS if it is, the path for the public document must be fixed...

Hi,

we use Linux Server. I made the configurations like instructions. (the server was down early)
For me appears some erros:
Event.observe is not a function
()chat (linha 92)
[Parar neste erro]

browserSupportsCookies is not defined

but the javascript is working perfectly in the all browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari)
the folder permisions like instructions

Yes, it does give you errors,
but try to click in the requires fro javascript files and you get a 404, your public folder is wrong that why the javascript thrown you an error they arent loaded in the index.php, undefined...

read the parameter page, there is a special parameter to point the public document..
