What is the issue you are experiencing in detail?

I have included a script in my chat that imports an rss feed and displays the last 5 posts. The problem I am having is that in order to import the feed, I manually need to type in /news fx. Is there perhaps a way that I could have this command run automatically say every 10 minutes?

I have very little PHP experience, so any assistance here would be appreciated.
