How to create independent channels with links? v1.3

Is there any chance to create independent channels with links in v1.3? (each channel with his own unique link) There is an solution for 0.x branche http://www.phpfreechat.net/faq#tmpfs.

What about 1.x?

As with any get/post code and PFC, you will need to create a jump page between the link and the chat. The link points to the jump page... the jump page stores the values you want captured from get/post into sessions, then forwards to the chat, which reads the session values instead of the get/post values.
