How can i add descriptions for the /help

[GnFi]

What i would like to have is, when someone writes /help to be able to see some more than just the available commands. Lets say like this:


ban bans a user (you have to write the username)
banlist shows the banlist for the current channel
clear clears the chat window
connect connects to a channel
deop makes an operator a normal user (you have to write the username)
op makes a normal user an operator (you have to write the username)


Is this possible?
