Problem with meta-data when refresh page

Chat in a separate frame. Once booted, the meta-data in a context menu displayed, and is only once a browser refresh, meta-data is empty. In the sequel does not help either update, but only clean the browser cache and folder private. Why?

It would be really great if we could see your code. As I often say, that's like showing a mechanic the keys of your car and asking why it wont start.
