what happens when I clear a cache

I deleted the cache (/data/private/cache/.*, /data/private/chat/.*) and I god this error:

phpFreeChat cannot be initialized, please correct these errors:

* Error: undefined or obsolete parameter 'refresh_delay', please correct or remove this parameter
* 'language' parameter is not valid. So I tried to change configuration of pfcglobalconfig.class.php , I got chat Window but not working. No I have returned the changes (original pfcglobalconfig.class.php) and same problem.

you probebly have a syntax error
text needs ''
$language = 'en_US';
numbers do not
$refresh_delay = 2000;

its best paractice to detete the cache file after every change no matter how minor then refresh just for this reason

This was not bug. I did an error when I commented the pfcGlobalConfig.class

I deleted the two parameters from class.
