Bug when opening Private Conversation or another channel

Hello, i'm having some problems with phpfreechat when opening new conversation or a channel. Something is wrong with it, it starts to bug, all messages are erased and sometimes screen gets blank. How can i fix it?

Thank you, I see the bug but I have no idea why it is blank.
I'm not able to reproduce it on my local server or on the demo server
