3 vary bad bugs for version 1.2

This is in the Demo chat as well.

Bug1:The anyone can use the /notice command. People then can use it to act like other people. It makes a life for an operator really hard when everyone is someone else.

Bug2:Noflood can not caught the /notice command. So people can spam the same message 1000 times with /notice and never get kicked out.

Bug3:The /invite command does not get caught with noflood. So people can invite the same person a 1000 times without noflood ever kicking them out.


I found 2 other bugs. They are not as bad

Bug4: The /invite command can avid the curse filter.

Bug5: The /notice command can avid the curse filter.

No change With This Bug, Causing multiple issues amongst admins of the chat, Removal of the /notice command conflicts with several other commands, Is there anyway to fix this?
