phpfreechat and iframes with IE7

When I use phpfreechat in an iframe, i notice when I use IE7 and I attempt to change my nickname, the chat window slides to the left and the pop up for the nickname change slides in from the right side.

How do i correct this behavior and make it function like its supposed to?
