Not loading when I change template?

Hi

The chat loads fine when using the JA_Purity template on joomla but when I change it to the one we are using finally (Socialbug) it just says
Chat loading .... Please wait

I am new to this and don't know what to change and how. I believe it may be calling a wrong location but I am to novice to tell.

Would appreciate any help.
