Improve Anti-flood

Hi everyone!

Could someone plz tell me how does tha anti-flood system works? I couldn't figure it out, and ppl are getting kicked from my chat for flood, even thought their just chatting...

I wanted to increase the dificulty to get kicked by flood.

I came up with a solution:
simply clear the file srcproxiesnoflood.class.php

(yes, this is a VERY late response...)
