Why is Windows Live Hotmail rejecting email I send my friend

Every e-mail that I have sent today to friends with a Hotmail account has been returned saying "550 REPLY: 550 SC-004 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your ..." or something similar. What do I do?

I imagine you're just a spam bot, not a real person... but in the off chance that you are a real person: this isn't a forum for problems like that. This forum is only for issues related to PFC.

Is there a way to tell what version of PHP Free Chat I'm using.
I have downloaded, installed and configured PHP Free Chat on my website www.meetmeworld.net and it's working great. Thanks for the information in the forum and documentation. I've read in the forum about version 1.2 fixing a security hole but when I did the download from my web host it didn't specify 1.2. I want to make sure that I'm using the latest version to provide secutiy for my users.
