1.2-setup.php undefined offset

Hi guys

thought I'd give this .. what looks to be a great script a go.

All flowed nicely with the installer until the end where it seems there are some inexistant array offsets.

Can't debug due to obfuscation.

the exact error was ..

Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.2.1 DAV/2

Operating on local PC (XP).

No odd settings (globals off, long arrays off etc etc.)
