I am impressed that you got so far...
can you tell the refresh frequency that you have setup...
server specs,
$params['refresh_delay'] its the parameters that dictates at how much your PFC its refreshing...
setting it up to $params['refresh_delay']= 6000; will make it refresh every 6 seconds..
