Removing Random Color Generation?

How do I remove the random color generation of the fonts? I am currently editing the general theme if that is something needed to be known. Thanks!

Thank you for the parameter! :-)

I would like to set the nickname marker as "off" by DEFAULT.

But, alow it to be switched on/off (as normal).

Will this parameter do this?

Please can you tell me where I should place this parameter?
