Sounds added successfully !!!!!!!!

Our freelance Ukrainian programmer has successfully added sounds to this chat room script for us. You will only hear the sound when you are using IE. But if you are using FireFox, Netscape or Opera, it works normal minus the sound.

Sound 1: You will hear the ICQ "Oh Oh" sound when a new message is posted by you or other users.

Sound 2: You will hear the "ting teng" sound when a user is connected or disconnected.
- But it is weird that some users will hear the same "Oh Oh" sound instead of the intended "ting teng" sound.

Known bugs:
- The sound operates normal when the IE window is switched away and is working in the background (i.e., NOT minimized).
- If you MINIMIZE the IE window, the sound will not come up. Instead, it will accumulate and come up together in one shot when you re-focus to/maximize the window ..... making it extremely loud (and wakes your grand-grandma from the grave).

Only one file needs to be reuploaded. No configuration required.
