[FIX] Can\'t Get it to work

I unzipped all the files on a local drive (I don't have console access)
I FTP'd the directory structure to my server
I checked the permissons on the folders
I executed the INDEX.PHP file and got

/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/uploads/phpchat/phpfreechat-0.7/src/../lib/xajax_0.2_stable/xajax_js/xajaxCompress.php is not a file
/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/uploads/phpchat/phpfreechat-0.7/src/../lib/IE7_0_9 is not a directory


Now from what I can see there are NO directories under /src
the files mentioned in the errors are under /lib which is at the same level as /src

And for the record.... I know PHP works, as I have a very large PHP/MySQL website running on this same server from this same root directory. [Apache btw]

I deleted all the files created by the zip, and uploaded the PHP Install script.... and THAT worked

Great,
But for future pfc upgrade, I suggest to use the setup script. Uploading multiple file can make probleme because sometime ftp upload a corrupted file.
Uploading juste the packaged setup minimize this risk. And in case it's badly uploaded, the setup wil not launch so it's easy to reupload the setup and retry.

Moreover:
Notice the ".." in the path "/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/uploads/phpchat/phpfreechat-0.7/src/../lib/IE7_0_9".
".." directory is the parent directory so "phpfreechat-0.7/src/../lib/" is the same as "phpfreechat-0.7/lib/"

Ah.. I just thought the .. in the middle was the error message being shortenened...
