Installer file not working in when viewing from https

I've got a domain setup that automatically forwards all plain-text (http) traffic to secure (https) traffic.

So if I request: http://mydomain.ca, I get forwarded to https://mydomain.ca. The installer script doesn't take into consideration whether I'm viewing the page via https or http.

Should be pretty simple to fix.
