getting avatars to work...

Hey All,

I have a very stable install of pFC running.

I've been trying for two days to get avatars opperating... with zero luck.

Could somebody PLEASE post the *exact* details, step-by-step to get avatars to work in an already opperational install of pFC (???) !!! (???)

By the looks of performing a search at this forum, I am not the only person who would benifit from this...

Just to be clear on this... I have an existing user system with avatars stored in a specific server path location, and I can pass whatever user info necessary to pFC that it needs.
