phpFreeChat not working...

hi there ... i did all mentioned in the Install Documentation but it shows me only these lines

Please correct these errors:

cannot create /srv/www/htdocs/web376/html/chat/src/../data/public/themes/default
cannot create /srv/www/htdocs/web376/html/chat/src/../data/public/themes/default

/srv/www/htdocs/web376/html/chat/src/../data/private/chat/s_d777a878c88b8727291644eab1dccc3e can't be created
/srv/www/htdocs/web376/html/chat/src/../data/private/chat/s_d777a878c88b8727291644eab1dccc3e is not writeable
/srv/www/htdocs/web376/html/chat/src/../data/private/chat/s_d777a878c88b8727291644eab1dccc3e is not readable


PS: all chmods are given like mentioned in the install doc.
