New RSS feed

I just added a RSS feed button connected to the "Announcements" forum section, look at the bottom of the page :


So it will be easy for those who are familiar with RSS to keep informed about new phpfreechat releases.

Hope that is usefull.

However 2 remarks:
* it could be fine to add something like that in the html header

* I am not very sure, but I think I read something about an official RSS logo for a while, if I remember well, all RSS feed logo must be like the one of firefox...
