chatbox not working anymore after a day

Yesterday i created a chatbox it worked and today it just shows the history when i connect but when i send a new message it doesnt show anymore.....

after a dis and connect the message that is sent does show up in the history. so it seems like it is on the client side that does not refresh?
what happend in a day?

Running the "/init" command which clear the session cookies seams to fix the problem.
However this a strange fix because cookies should not be shared ...
