Loading is taking too much time

I am using V02 with Joomla and loading is taking too much time. also it is showing information that was tryped almost 3 days ago when users are logging in
Please help

1) Optimization is a hard and untrammeled task. I'm currently working on it, trust me I do my best.
2) To clear the history, you have to play with the "max_msg" parameter.
