Channels Security

If I'm restrict list of channels for UserA to ChanA, ChanB,
Everything looks okay, at least
/join ChanC
doesn't work.
But, if i'm do
/invite UserA ChanC
i'm enter ChanC!!!!

I think, only user who have access to ChanC can invite other user...
