forwardslash present in souce causing problems with images

Hi,

On win2003/IIS with latest PHP, we are getting a mongrel of a problem.

The PHP is inserting a rather than a / when generating the page. It partcularly affects the images and all the JS's to be included.

Naturally the whole thing breaks. The source is the freshest off SF (17jan07) and I can confirm that PHP is correctly installed and opperational.

I dug around in the source, but when I felt I had it fixed the entire site stopped.... and please no comment about "just use it on Apache" as we have no choice in this matter and such comments are unhelpful.
