IMPORTANT BUG

A user/hacker is able to enter the chat room and display chat notices as he wishes making it seems its the chat room that says it.....its getting really annoying now...can someone please give me a fix for this. I'm using the latest version 1.1

It's dificult to fix a problem when we don't know how it's happening, we're going to need more informationg.
