Timeout and then silent re-appearing in user list

Hi,

I see many users timeout (the chat print the timeout message). The user is taking away from the userlist. Like he/she is offline.

10-20 seconds later the user silently re-appears in the user list (no connected message from chat).

Is the user really timing out? If so, why does a new "connect" message not show when he/she re-connects? Or is the user not actually timing out? Or is the interval between the timeout and the connect so short, that "connect" message for some reason is not shown?

Please look into this.

"connect" message is not shown for a simple reason : flooding...

A timeout can occur when the user have a bad connexion, then his nickname is not keep up to date and is disconnected.
A solution would be to adjust the timeout value for each users : a bad connexion should have a bigger timeout than a good connexion one...
This will be possible with next 1.0 data model.
