Please help

This is the error when I tried to copy phpfreechat package to my webhost and put them inside a chat folder. When i access them via web browser which I am expecting the installation will begin, these are what I encounter:

Make sure that the files and folders of your installation have the right permissions. The read, write, and execute permissions should be allowed for everyone (777 manually). This can be done in your FTP client (there should be a dialog allowing you to set the permissions).
