Turkish char problem on nicknames, send button and the nick

Hello everybody, i am having Turkish character problem on nicknames and send button and nick change part. I have a snapshot of the problem... If you wish to test you can go to www.okuogren.com and enter chat you'll see the problem...

Your page encoding is ISO-8859-9 did you setup correctly your ouptut_encoding parameter ?

hi, kerphi thank you for the reply but it doesnt work...

I tried your suggestion but in vain. I inserted the code below in index.php

<meta content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-9" http-equiv="Content-Type">

and i tried this one

header ("Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-9");

it partly solved the problem. The button and nick changer doesn't seem to work properly.

Can you tell me what i need to do more explicitly.

1- Did you add correctly this line to your chat script ?

$params['ouptut_encoding'] = 'ISO-8859-9';

2- Did you rehash your chat ?
3- Do you have iconv php module installed ?
