PHP Probid Installation

Hi

I am integrating this script in PHP Probid But the chat window is not loaded. It remains like chat loading for hours. This happens only when I add the PHP Probid. theme . Please anybody have any Idea regarding this please let me know.

What is the "probid" theme ? I don't know it.

Basically I mean to say that when I integrate it to the PHP probid the above thing happens.

What is the difference between the Shield Image & user Type image in the Live user panel where it shows that this are the people who are online.
