[FIX] usernames

Apparently right now you are doing a case sensitive compare on usernames, so in the same chat there can be both a "BOB" and a "bob". This is a bug. it should be doing a case-INsensitive compare so that BOB and bob register as the same username.

Yes it has been allready reported and I will add this bug report to the bug list in order to don't forget to fix it.
